We have now included, with our appointment book, the ability to send out email updates or reminders or confirmations 1,2 or 3 days prior to any appointment in your appointment book. You can structure these emails in a number of different ways to inform, remind or to have clients with upcoming appointments reconfirm their date and time helping you cut down on last minute cancelations or rescheduling.
Merchant ID’s tied to each Independent Contractor:
Independent contractors can now process their transactions individually allowing each contractor to directly deposit his or her transactions from debit, credit and or gift cards into their personal back account. The owner still receives daily weekly or monthly reports of those funds and the credit card company will still account for each batch and the total of funds processed that day.
